2020 Kontoura -Dio Potamia (Two Rivers)-Dry Grown & Hand Picked
A medium bodied white wine, pale yellow with gold notes. Aromas of mature citrus, lemon, dried fruits, and vanilla notes. A mouthfeel that is mellow, creamy, layered with a complexity of rich fruit flavours and aromas that are lingering. Enjoy with Beef, Lamb, Veal, game, mature and hard cheeses.

Terrain
The vineyard (traditional bush vines) was planted in 1962 (61 years old) at the Southern slopes of Helicon Mountain (top of 1280 meters high), in Muses Valley at 380-420m altitude. Tradition The vines per HA are 4400.The vineyard is not irrigated. The average yield is 9000 kgs/Ha. (3.5 Ton/Acre )Vinification 16mths on fine lees, (SS Tank) some barrels are Batonnage, others not. Unfiltered/natural tartaric stabilisation
